Email support is available free of charge for all customers including those using the Free Trial Version. Please make sure you select which operating system is being used, and please provide us with as much information as possible, even if you think it is irrelevant. The more information we have to work with, the more likely we are to be able to help you on first contact. If we need extra information we will ask for it in a return email.
