If you have a licensing issue, need a new unlock code, or have a purchasing problem then please email us at license@mailcopa.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that responses may take up to 7 business days at times. All other mail to this address will be ignored.

When contacting us please ensure you send enough information for us to be able to locate your current license. Include the name it was originally registered under or the email address that was used with the original registration. We can locate a license with your unlock code, but we cannot locate licenses with serial numbers as they are not unique. If you are contacting us to transfer a license and you have multiple registrations please include the serial number of the license you wish to transfer and the new serial number of the new installation.

Our online registration and sales system will remain online for as long as we still make enough sales of the product to cover it's costs.
