What's New In MailCOPA V8.02

The MailCOPA email software is being continually improved, in response to feedback from our customers, and from our ever-demanding testing team. We hope that these will further enhance your enjoyment of our product.

Support for S/MIME (Secure MIME) Messages

Messages can be signed, encrypted, verified and decrypted. The relevant certificates must be  present in the Windows system certificate store.

Selectable messages headers for the mail viewer window

MailCOPA email software users can now configure their mail viewer window to contain any headers from the email message.

Users can now configure their printouts to contain any headers from the email message.

Private folder properties for shared folders

Each MailCOPA email software user can now set their own  properties on shared folders

Improved HTML editor

Now includes support for tables and linked images.

Message trace function

The route an email took to reach a users account can now be traced, allowing users to calculate system bottlenecks.

 

 

 

 

 

Improved mail importing

The MailCOPA Email Software can now import mail directly from Thunderbird and Windows Vista Mail.  This is in addition to the existing mail import filters.

Improved address book importing

Addresses can now be imported directly from Eudora, Windows Vista contacts.  The CSV file import has also been improved to allow simpler conversion from one format to another.

New filter for manipulating the SPAM Score

If the MailCOPA Email Software spam filters are not catching all your spam you can now right your own filters which add to the overall spam score.

Set score applied to DNSBL spam filter matches.

The spam score applied when a mail is registered in a DNSBL black list can now be modified.

V8.02 is a FREE upgrade to registered MailCOPA email software users.
