What's New In MailCOPA V7.01

The MailCOPA email program is being continually improved, in response to feedback from our customers, and from our ever-demanding testing team. We hope that these will further enhance your enjoyment of our product.

New HTML Editor/Viewer.

This area has been totally re-designed.

• The HTML editor now supports on-the-fly spell checking: mis-spellings will be shown with wavy red underlining, thus not interfering with font colours.
• Signatures and Stationery can now be composed in HTML.
• HTML source editor tab on the main compose window.
• Styles in HTML messages. Styles can be user-defined from the Configure Menu, and then selected from a Listbox on the HTML Editor toolbar.

Ability to tie an e-mail address to a specific SMTP server.

This allows users who use multiple ISP's to ensure their e-mail gets sent to the correct server. Server selected on the e-mails tab of Edit User Details.

Three new filter actions

• Save attachments to disc this will save all attachments on a message to a disk folder.
• Set Label this will set the label field of a message.
• Set Colour this will set the colour of a message.

Move to Whitelist and Move To Blacklist

Shared folders.

A user can now select to share a folder with another user. The other user will see the folder in his folders tree under "Shared Folders". Messages can be viewed, moved, deleted, etc just like if the folder belonged to the user.

Numbers now indexed in the search database.

Numbers were originally excluded as they add to the value of the database. Added due to popular demand.

Google Desktop Search

plugin available.

Save a message as a .eml file

(e-mail message complete) by dragging and dropping onto the desktop.

Newly created auto filter

can now be applied to messages in the current folder.

Multi-Select

enabled on the address browse screen.

Duplicate Address Check

added to the address browse screen. Any duplicate address entries will be displayed in red after the function is run.

Export and Import

to Unix Mailbox format files added.

Import an attached .eml

attachment by dragging and dropping to a MailCOPA folder.

V7.01 is a FREE upgrade to registered MailCOPA email program users.
