What's New In MailCOPA V7.01The MailCOPA email program is being continually improved, in response to feedback from our customers, and from our ever-demanding testing team. We hope that these will further enhance your enjoyment of our product. New HTML Editor/Viewer.This area has been totally re-designed.
Ability to tie an e-mail address to a specific SMTP server.This allows users who use multiple ISP's to ensure their e-mail gets sent to the correct server. Server selected on the e-mails tab of Edit User Details. Three new filter actions

View HTML message in web browseradded to viewer context menu (HTML mail only). Shared folders.A user can now select to share a folder with another user. The other user will see the folder in his folders tree under "Shared Folders". Messages can be viewed, moved, deleted, etc just like if the folder belonged to the user. Numbers now indexed in the search database.Numbers were originally excluded as they add to the value of the database. Added due to popular demand. Google Desktop Searchplugin available. Save a message as a .eml file(e-mail message complete) by dragging and dropping onto the desktop. Newly created auto filtercan now be applied to messages in the current folder. Multi-Selectenabled on the address browse screen. Duplicate Address Checkadded to the address browse screen. Any duplicate address entries will be displayed in red after the function is run.
