Custom Filters can be created and used in individual folders, or applied to wider-scale searches.

This provides a type of quick-search in a folder, based on text in header lines, as well as various flags and other information held in the database.

From: The From: line in the header - the writer of the message.

To: The To: line in the header, the main recipient(s) of the message.

Subject: The Subject: line in the header.

Raw Subject: The Subject: line in the header stripped of any leading Re: or Fw:

Label: The label allocated to this message (from Message menu-arrow Flag Messages menu-arrow Edit Label)

Folder: The Originating Folder, the folder that was selected when the message was composed.

Date Sent: The Date: line in the header.

Date Received: The date the message was received by MailCOPA - NOTE that only the date can be used. The time cannot be searched for.

Length: The size of the message as the number of lines.

Category: The category (or categories) allocated to this message.

Seen: Whether the message has been marked as Seen.

Has HTML: Whether the message has an HTML Format section

Held: Whether the message has been marked as Held from Message menu-arrow Flag Messages menu-arrow Hold - NOTE this only applies to messages in the Outbox.

Forwarded: Whether the message has been forwarded to someone else.

Urgent: Whether the message was marked as Urgent.

Has Attachments: Whether the message has attachments.

Kept: Whether the message was marked as Kept from Message menu-arrow Flag Messages menu-arrow Keep

Locked Unseen: Whether the message was marked as Locked Unseen from Message menu-arrow Flag Messages menu-arrow Lock Unseen - only applies to messages currently marked as Unseen

Outbound: Whether this was a copy of a message composed in MailCOPA

Receipt Received: Whether a Read Receipt has been received for the message.
