Multi User Email Program

I don't understand your licensing. Which one do I need and what will it cost me?

There are two primary things to consider when looking at the license costs. How many people will be using the program and how many computers will be accessing the same data store?

If you have one computer and one person then you need our smallest license, which is a single machine, 5 user license.

If you have one computer and six people are going to access MailCOPA on that computer then you need a single machine, 10 user license.

If you have four computers on a network and MailCOPA is configured in client/server mode (all the data is stored on one computer) and you have two people, then you need a multi-machine, 5 user license.

If you have four computers on a network and MailCOPA is configured in client/server mode (all the data is stored on one computer) and you have ten people who will access MailCOPA, then you need a multi-machine, 10 user license.

If you have four computers, all running stand alone with their own MailCOPA data and one person, then you need four single machine, 5 user licenses.

Is this a one off charge, or do you charge me each day/month/year

Don't you just hate how companies try and gouge every last penny out of you these days? Us Too! We will not do that to you. The license fee is a one off payment.

Do you charge for updates

We do reserve the right to charge for updates. However in the last 11 years we have only done this once. Your initial license fee will guarantee you any updates for twelve months. Our last upgrade fee was in 2004, V7, V8, V9, V10 and V11 were all provided free to registered users.
